Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Buxarpay services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buxarpay services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1 Definitions

  • "Buxarpay " refers to Buxarpay Fintech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its website, mobile application, and services.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity using our services.
  • "Services" refers to PAN card applications, bank account openings, recharges, money transfers, and other financial services.
  • "Retailer" refers to registered users who provide services to end customers.
  • "Wallet" refers to the digital wallet maintained on Buxarpay platform.

2 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India
  • Have valid identity proof (PAN card, Aadhaar)
  • Have a valid bank account
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Not be barred from using financial services under applicable laws

3 Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One individual may maintain only one active account

3.2 KYC Requirements

  • You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification
  • Required documents: PAN card, Aadhaar card, photograph
  • KYC must be completed within 30 days of registration
  • Services may be restricted until KYC is completed

4 Services Description

NSDL PAN Card Services

  • • New PAN card applications
  • • PAN card corrections/changes
  • • Duplicate PAN card requests
  • • Processing time: 15-20 working days

Bank Account Opening

  • • Zero balance savings accounts
  • • Account opening subject to bank approval
  • • KYC verification mandatory

Recharge Services

  • • Mobile recharge (all operators)
  • • DTH recharge
  • • Data card recharge

Money Transfer

  • • IMPS, NEFT, RTGS transfers
  • • Subject to RBI guidelines
  • • Daily and monthly limits apply

5 Fees and Charges

  • Service charges are displayed before transaction confirmation
  • Charges are subject to change with prior notice
  • GST applicable as per government regulations
  • Wallet loading may attract payment gateway charges

Important

All charges are non-refundable once the service is processed. Please verify all details before confirming transactions.

6 Wallet and Payments

6.1 Wallet Usage

  • Wallet balance can be used for all services
  • Minimum wallet balance requirements may apply
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable between users (except authorized transfers)
  • Wallet does not earn interest

6.2 Wallet Loading

  • Via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards
  • Loading limits as per RBI regulations
  • KYC required for loading above specified limits

6.3 Refunds

  • Refunds processed to wallet within 5-7 working days
  • Failed transactions refunded automatically
  • Bank refunds may take 10-15 working days

7 Commission Structure

  • Commission rates displayed in retailer dashboard
  • Commission credited to wallet after transaction completion
  • Commission subject to TDS as per Income Tax Act
  • Buxarpay reserves right to modify commission rates

8 Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Attempting to bypass security measures
  • Reverse engineering or hacking attempts
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Sharing account credentials
  • Using bots or automated systems

9 Service Limitations

  • Services subject to technical availability
  • Maintenance windows may affect service availability
  • Third-party service failures beyond our control
  • Regulatory changes may affect service offerings
  • Geographic restrictions may apply

10 Liability and Disclaimers

  • Services provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for losses due to user errors
  • Maximum liability limited to transaction amount
  • Not liable for consequential or indirect damages
  • Not responsible for third-party service failures

11 Termination

11.1 By User

  • You may close your account at any time
  • Outstanding obligations must be settled
  • Wallet balance refunded as per refund policy

11.2 By Buxarpay

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Non-compliance with KYC requirements
  • 30 days notice for non-violation closures

12 Governing Law

  • These terms governed by laws of India
  • Jurisdiction: Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka
  • Disputes subject to arbitration in Bangalore

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
