At Buxarpay , we strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them. By using our services, you agree to this refund policy.

General Refund Principles

Refunds are processed to your Buxarpay wallet by default
Bank refunds may take 10-15 working days
Wallet refunds are instant after approval
Refund requests must be made within specified timeframes

Service-Specific Refund Policies

NSDL PAN Card Services

Non-Refundable
  • • PAN card application charges are non-refundable
  • • Once application is submitted to NSDL, no refund possible
  • • Application rejection by NSDL does not qualify for refund
  • • Duplicate payment due to technical error may be refunded

Bank Account Opening

Partial Refund
  • • If account opening fails due to bank rejection: Full refund
  • • If application is rejected due to incomplete documents: No refund
  • • If user cancels before bank processing: Full refund
  • • Processing fee (₹50) is non-refundable in all cases

Mobile/DTH Recharge

Eligible
  • • Failed recharge: Automatic full refund within 24 hours
  • • Pending recharge: Refund if not successful within 48 hours
  • • Successful recharge: No refund (contact operator for issues)
  • • Wrong number recharge: No refund (user responsibility)

Money Transfer (DMT)

Eligible
  • • Failed transaction: Automatic refund within 24 hours
  • • Wrong account details: No refund (user responsibility)
  • • Duplicate transaction: Refund after verification
  • • Pending transaction: Refund if not settled within 72 hours

Bill Payments

Eligible
  • • Failed payment: Automatic refund within 24 hours
  • • Duplicate payment: Refund after verification with biller
  • • Wrong biller/consumer number: No refund

Wallet Loading

Eligible
  • • Failed loading: Automatic refund to source account
  • • Wrong amount loaded: Contact support within 24 hours
  • • Successful loading: Non-refundable (can be used for services)

How to Request a Refund

Through Mobile App

  1. Open Buxarpay App
  2. Go to "Transaction History"
  3. Select the transaction
  4. Tap "Request Refund"
  5. Fill reason and submit

Through Website

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to "My Transactions"
  3. Click on the transaction
  4. Click "Request Refund"
  5. Submit the refund form

Special Circumstances

Technical Errors

  • • Double charging due to system error: Full refund
  • • Amount debited but service not provided: Full refund
  • • Wrong amount deducted: Difference refunded

Service Discontinuation

  • • If Buxarpay discontinues a service: Pro-rata refund
  • • Account closure by user: Wallet balance refunded

Fraudulent Transactions

  • • Unauthorized transactions reported within 24 hours: Investigation and refund
  • • Account compromise: Case-by-case review
